SHIPPING POLICY
Indiana is where orders are processed and sent. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. Once your shipment has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. On weekends and US federal holidays, orders are not processed.

PACKAGE LOST OR INACCURATE SHIPPING ADDRESS?
We send all domestic  and international purchases via USPS, all of which are safe and simple to track. If your product is lost in transit, you need to contact USPS, we may assists in this; however, we are not liable for reimbursement for lost or erroneous addresses. If you have relocated and your package was sent to the old address, we are unable to issue or send a replacement.

***Once proof of delivery is produced, we cannot be held liable for shipments. We cannot be held liable for missing or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the carriers.***
